Grenache-driven and full of personality, this Southern Rhône-inspired blend opens with vibrant raspberry, ripe cherry, pomegranate and fleshy plum. Layers of fruit spice, white pepper, and subtle eucalyptus mingle with savory notes of leather and tobacco smoke. Rich and generous on the palate, it delivers a satisfying chewy texture with nuances of cocoa, charred meat and graphite carrying through to a lingering finish touched by a hint of orange zest. Its generous fruit, savory character and rich texture practically beg for something savory, fatty and slow-cooked. Think smoked brisket, braised short ribs or pot roasts and stews.
