Tasting Notes
Aromas of bright red berries, blueberry, rose petals and incense. The flavors are big and savory with chewy red fruits and herbaceous notes of rosemary and black tea. The wine is meaty and gamey…think charcuterie meats. The finish is long and mouthwatering with soft tannins and vibrant flavors of strawberry rhubarb cobbler, sweet tobacco, dried herbs, white pepper and eucalyptus.
