From the first swirl, this Elephant Mountain Cab comes in bold and confident! Ripe black cherry, blackberry and rich fruit leather set the stage, wrapped in notes of tobacco leaf, vanilla and a hint of coffee. Nutmeg and graphite add aromatic complexity, while a touch of tomato sauce introduces a savory dimension. The palate is plush and full-bodied, with integrated tannins and big layered flavors. The finish turns spicy and expressive, bringing red curry warmth and black currant depth. This wine is bold and textural with complexity across fruit, spice and savory components.
