Tasting Notes
This Bordeaux-style Red Blend is a bold, cozy hug of flavor. Bright raspberry jam meets plum, nectarine and dried strawberry, all dusted in cinnamon. On the mid palate, a smooth wave of bittersweet chocolate rolls in, joined by black pepper, clove and a touch of tobacco. Then it goes full velvet – lush black cherry, vanilla and warm spice glide across the palate. The finish brings savory swagger of smoked paprika, dried herbs, cabinet spice… even a hint of beef bouillon on the nose for that unexpected, deliciously savory twist.
