Tasting Notes
This savory wine kicks off with a juicy pop of raspberries, dried strawberries and fruit leather, like a wild-berry fruit stand. A swirl of baking spices, cocoa and fresh herbs adds warmth and depth, while hints of graphite from the oak brings back memories of sharpening your pencil in grade school…which could be fun or traumatic. Moving on! Roasted red peppers, milk chocolate and dark berries linger on the palate with hints of dragon fruit and the C+ you got in bean counting.
