Tasting Notes
Vibrant aromas of black plums, blackberries, blueberry preserves and dried figs with hints of fresh mint, clove and vanilla. The flavors are bold and dark with layers of orange zest, cinnamon, tobacco leaf, black current and star anise. Rich tannins dance on the palate and lead into dried herbs, white pepper and fresh rosemary. The finish is spicy and mouth filling, with chewy red fruits and subtle notes of black licorice and eucalyptus.
