Tasting Notes
Intoxicating aromas of black cherries, cabinet spice, vanilla bean, curry, incense and a subtle hint of sage. The aromatics continue to intensify with cherry tobacco, rhubarb, graphite and sandalwood. The palate is true-to-nose with vibrant layers of grill plums, fresh figs and hints of black licorice and eucalyptus. Lingering tannins on the finish lead into cayenne, smoked paprika and a unique saline minerality of Pink Himalayan Sea Salt on the mid palate.
Method
blend of equal parts Numeral Mountain Vineyard, Gamache Vineyard, and Sugarloaf Vineyard Malbec. This fruit was hand-picked, hand-sorted, fermented in small bins and barrel-aged in a blend of 50% new French and Romanian oak from Seguin Moreau Cooperage and bottle-aged 6 months in our cellar prior to release.

Orders made during hot or cold months will be held until weather permits for safe shipping. An Adult will need to be home to sign for delivery.
