Tasting Notes
Rich aromas of stewed plums, ripe raspberries, wild berries and sweet tobacco with earthy notes of black currants, bay leaves and cedar. The palate is savory with bold flavors of leather, coffee, milk chocolate and cinnamon. The flavors continue to evolve, adding layers of fresh-roasted tomato basil sauce, dried berries, cherry cola, black tea and eucalyptus on the finish.
