Tasting Notes
This Southern Rhône-style red blend expresses aromas of fresh strawberries, black plum, graham cracker, dried herbs and graphite. Rich flavors of raspberry sauce, grilled plums and dried strawberries, with savory notes of tobacco, cedar and clove. A silky mouthfeel and subtle tannin lead into spicy notes of peppered jam, vanilla, dark chocolate, star anise and touch of black olive.
