Tasting Notes
Stewed strawberries, grilled plums and blood orange dominate the senses, followed by floral notes of rose petals and honeysuckle. The palate is silky and mouthwatering with juicy blueberries, Bing cherries, vanilla bean and hints of white pepper. Cranberries, dried herbs and cinnamon linger on the finish with hints of wet gravel.
