Named after our friend Jared who was born with a heart condition that ended his life too soon. Through his perseverance and endless courage he showed us how to live a truly happy and adventurous life. In memory, we live our lives to the fullest and with confidence that if we do it right, ONCE IS ENOUGH.
Tasting Notes
Intense aromas and flavors of fresh blueberries, wild raspberries, black cherries and sugar plums mingle together with freshly peeled orange, cinnamon, star anise and eucalyptus. This full bodied wine emits savory flavors of cured meats, pipe tobacco, sultry incense and hints of dark chocolate. The finish is mouthwatering with bursts of ruby red grapefruit, fresh mint leaves and cayenne pepper.
