Tasting Notes
Our very first Cab Franc emits vibrant aromas and flavors of boysenberry, blackberries, ripe raspberries and strawberry jam with earthy notes of dried herbs, sweet tobacco and roasted pepper. This medium to full-bodied wine mirrors the aromatics with dark fruits that are infused with savory smoked paprika and chili pepper, with hints of milk chocolate, dragon fruit and macerated red berries.
