Tasting Notes
Black plum, fresh blackberries, black pepper, rich dark chocolate, violets and nutmeg, with hints of vanilla and sandalwood. Rich tannins dance on the palate and lead into a finish of vibrant fresh raspberries, cinnamon and sugar plums. Serve with a juicy grilled steak, burgers, leg of lamb, pork or duck roast and funky cheese like Roquefort.

Method
A blend of 50% Numeral Mountain Vineyard and 50% Gamache Vineyard Malbec. This fruit was hand-picked, hand-sorted, fermented in small bins and barrel-aged in a blend of 50% new French and Romanian oak from Seguin Moreau Cooperage and bottle-aged 6 months in our cellar prior to release.

Orders made during hot or cold months will be held until weather permits for safe shipping. An Adult will need to be home to sign for delivery. After your purchase is made you'll recieve an email to confirm shipping. We are not able to ship to AR, DE, MS, UT, RI.
