Tasting Notes
Our second vintage of this Rhône-style red blend is Mourvèdre dominate and expresses beautiful aromas and flavors of tart black cherry, sweet tobacco smoke, black olive, blackberry, black plum and charred meats. Dark chocolate, dried herbs and black pepper dance on the palate with hints of raspberry pastry, dried cranberries, star anise, dark roasted espresso beans and red plum skins. The tannins are chalky and integrated - offering a wonderful depth and balance.
