Robust aromas of black cherry, blueberry, cherry tobacco, cinnamon, vanilla, pepper and sugar plums. The flavors are rich and concentrated with toasted caramel, molasses, black tea and hints of cherry cola. The finish is mouthwatering with rich dark chocolate, raspberry sauce and cherry tobacco. Bold tannins linger with beautiful bright acidity.
Named after our friend Jared who was born with a heart condition that ended his life too soon. Through his perseverance and endless courage he showed us how to live a truly happy and adventurous life. In memory, we live our lives to the fullest and with confidence that if we do it right, ONCE IS ENOUGH.
