Intense aromas of smoked brisket, cabinet spices, plum sauce and dried dill. The palate is robust with dark cherries, fresh fig, pipe tobacco, leather and cinnamon. Grippy tannins lead into a smooth and savory finish of cured meats, cocoa, vanilla and dried roses.
