Wild berries, plum, sweet tobacco, and fresh flowers on the nose. Bold and rich flavors of blueberry, blackberry, red plum sauce, and orange creamsicle, followed by hints of milk chocolate, sweet tobacco, toasted almonds, black pepper, and clove. A long and savory finish with fruity spice.

Method
This handcrafted Syrah was whole-berry fermented in small bins for approximately 12 days, followed by 5 days of extended maceration to optimize phenolic and flavor extraction. Aged for 18 months in Tonnellerie Plantagenet barrels featuring Burgundian-style toasts on staves sourced from all five French oak forest regions.
