Tasting Notes
Layers of black cherry, leather, fig, tobacco, volcanic rocks, cinnamon, cardamom, curry and dried herbs with hints of espresso, brown sugar and black pepper. Big tannins with a savory and spicy finish. Lay this wine down for at least 3-5 years. We recommend decanting for 24 hours before enjoying. Serve with paella, burgers, ribeye and roasted veggies, baked pasta dishes with red sauce or cheese like manchego.
