Tasting Notes
Dried figs, blackberry, vanilla, red curry, pepper, cinnamon, and strawberry pastry – not entirely in that order. The flavors mingle and change non-stop as the wine breathes. It's still a baby, but the tannins are integrating nicely. There is a structure to this Tempranillo that speaks volumes to the vineyards (89% Sugarloaf Vineyard, 11% Numeral Mountain Vineyard).
