We named this wine after our friend Jared, who was born with a debilitating heart condition that should have ended his life much sooner. Through his perseverance & endless courage, he showed how to live a truly happy & adventurous life. So in memory, we live our own lives to the fullest and with confidence that if we do it right, ONCE IS ENOUGH.
Tasting Notes
Robust aromas of blueberry, blackberry compote, dark chocolate, black pepper, and citrus peel. The flavors are rich and concentrated – blackberries, black cherry, black olive, espresso, and herbal notes. The tannins are lovely. This wine has a depth that will only get better with age.
