Hand-sorted by our winemaker and his intern, a.k.a. Dad, this Horse Heaven Hills fruit was de-stemmed and whole-berry fermented in small bins. Aged in 100% new French oak barrels for 18 months, this 100% varietal Cabernet Sauvignon from Destiny Ridge Vineyard was bottled without fining or filtration, preserving the wisdom in every bottle.
