Tasting Notes
Aromas of leather, cherry, and pipe tobacco with occasional hints of dried herbs and bubble gum. Balanced tannins and velvety with flavors of boysenberry, rainier cherry, and figs. The finish is long and smooth with hints of peppery spice and crushed basalt.

Method
Our first 100% varietal Tempranillo was whole-berry fermented and barrel-aged in 60% new French oak for 18 months. Blended with a splash of Tempranillo from Numeral Mountain Vineyard, a rocky, high-elevation site overlooking the majestic Columbia River in Entiat, WA.
